The Nibeva blog has been quiet for a while now. Life didn't stop, of course — everything around us kept moving, evolving, and changing. The past year felt like a mix of creativity, worry, and little bursts of productivity. But honestly? The blog just got left behind. I'll admit it wasn't easy to keep up. There were to many tasks, not enough hours in the day, and more than a few moments when I just couldn't get organized.

Reflection in 2024

Looking back, 2024 was... a lot. It was exciting and overwhelming, filled with small victories and plenty of challenges. For the Nibevas, it was a year of hard work and creative projects. Some crafts were completed, a few ideas were explored, and we managed to push through the tough days.

That said, it wasn't a year full of adventures. We mostly stayed close to home, juggling work and life. But by the end of the year, we managed to sneak in one meaningful trip. I can still picture the moment — standing on the shore, watching the waves crash against the rocks, and feeling that familiar sense of wonder. It wasn't a big adventure, but it was a reminder of how important it is to step away and find joy in the little things.

Rediscovering the passion

The Nibeva have always loved being outdoors, diving to crafts, and learning something new. But like so many people, we've had moments where those passions took a back seat — pushed aside by self-doubt or just the grind of daily life.

This year, I want to change that. It's not about being perfect or turning every project into a masterpiece. It's about enjoying the process — messy edges and all. Whether it's crafting something by hand, wandering through a new trial, or simply sitting outside and soaking up the sun, I want to make space for the things that light us up.

Because at the end of the day, it's not about how polished or productive we are. It's about those small, joyful moments that remind us why we started in the first place.

The New Year's resolution

Most people start the year with a resolution, and the Nibeva blog is no different. This year, I want this blog to be more than just a collection of updates — it's going to be a canvas for creativity, a safe place for worries, and a little corner for our hopes and dreams.

I'm not sure if what I write here will resonate with anyone else. But if it does, I hope it brings comfort, inspiration, or even a sense of connection. And if it doesn't? That's okay too. This space is as much for us (Nibeva) as it is for anyone who stumbles across it.

At its core, this blog is about documenting the journey, reflecting on where we've been, and expressing what's in our hearts. It's not about trying to be perfect — it's about being honest and showing up.
